Best stress-reduction techniques for cancer survivors

Glen Sabin is a 28-year survivor of “incurable” leukemia.  In his recent book N of 1, he describes his remarkable Harvard-documented journey to remission using only natural methods.

Stress management was a key piece for him.  “The more physically active I am, the less stress I feel,” says Glen. He describes daily swims, walks, and workouts as ‘relaxation exercise’ because they calm his mind. He also spends as much time as possible outdoors and also uses music, yoga, and deep breathing.

Glen believes there is no one-size-fits-all for stress reduction and each person needs to find what works for them. Read Glen’s blog HERE.
