Events
Organize and staff LifeSpark's events. Help with food, staffing, decorations, phoning, photography, and publicity. Touching Tomorrow is a fundraising breakfast in November, Day of Gratitude is a thank-you event in early summer. Touching Lives events occur throughout the year. Committee meets the 4th Tuesday of the month at 6 p.m. in Lakewood. New volunteers are always welcome. Call Ruth at 303-859-8411 or email us.
Outreach
Take LifeSpark into the community. This group offers mini-sessions, talks, and info tables at events such as the 9 Health Fair, Multicultural Conference, Nurses Week, and the Colfax Marathon. View the Calendar of volunteer activities for opportunities. Call Shelley at 303-522-6113 or email us.
Multi-Cultural
Touch communities of color. This group makes connections with diverse communities to encourage participation in LifeSpark. Contact Ana Yelen at alyelen@whisperingtree.net.
Mailings
Let your fingers do the work. Be a part of a team that meets regularly (6-8 times a year) in Arvada to stuff and prepare mailings while helping LifeSpark get the word out about our activities. Call Jann at 303-279-6457 or email us.
