Prescription Drug Discount Card
Cut your prescription drug costs!  For individuals without insurance.

This free card is accepted at most major pharmacies in the US and gives discounts on prescription drugs.

Just email us with your name and address and we will send it to you.  There is no enrollment or identification necessary.  Just present it to your pharmacy and receive 13% to 40% discounts.  Look up drug costs or pharmacy.

  • The USA Drug Card is NOT insurance, but a discount card for buying name brand and generic drugs. The cardholder will have to show the card every time a prescription drug is purchased.
  • The card is FREE and there are not any monthly or annual charges.
  • There is not an application required.
  • There are not any claim forms to fill out.
  • Pre-existing illnesses and conditions and their associated medications ARE included.
  • The card can be used by ALL members of any family.
  • All prescription medications are included.
  • There is not a limit on the amount of prescriptions that the cardholder can buy or the number of times that the card can be used.
  • The card can be used at participating pharmacies or through a mail-order service. Go to: www.a083.usadrugplan.com to find participating pharmacies and to get more information about the mail-order service. About 80% of pharmacies in the country participate in the program.
  • Savings average 13% on name brand drugs and 21% on generics at pharmacies and 21% on name brand drugs and 43% on generic using the mail-order service.
  • If the card is lost, contact LifeSpark for a replacement.
  • The fundamental economics of the card are that pharmacies want to drive more traffic to themselves. They reduce their prices for drugs to create the discount to the consumer. Each drug store chain or purchasing group negotiates a different price with the card’s provider, Health Trans.
  • Since prices vary by pharmacy, the card does NOT eliminate the need of the consumer to shop for the best prices.

Who benefits from using the card:

  • Any person who does not have employer-provided health insurance or whose insurance does not cover certain drugs
  • Any person who does not have government-funded prescription drug coverage or who is in the Medicare “doughnut hole” situation.  Email your name and address and we will send it to you.
